We are a family-owned business co-founded by Gregory Pearman and Patrick Branco. The partnership formed during Summer 2017 to build a property management company responsive to the needs and desires of ex-pat home owners and real estate investors.
Born and raised in Hawai’i, Patrick is a proud graduate of the Kamehameha Schools. He received his BA from Hawai’i Pacific University, where he double majored in International Relations and Political Science, and served as Student Government President. Patrick received his Master’s from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) focusing on International Economics with a regional specialization in Korea Studies. Receiving a Congressman Rangel International Affairs Fellowship, he entered the Foreign Service in 2012. He has worked abroad in South Korea, Colombia, Pakistan, and Venezuela.
Greg is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, although he spent ten years in Carmel, Indiana during childhood. He studied mathematical economics and film at Tulane University, followed by law school at UCLA. Greg practiced corporate law in Los Angeles for five years and lived in Westwood, Long Beach and Santa Monica. He joined the Department in May 2011. His assignments include Tegucigalpa, Honduras (Consular), Guangzhou, China (Consular), and the Remote Processing Unit of the Visa Office (Supervisor). He enjoys statistics, yoga, spinning, and St. Louis Cardinals’ baseball.
